In Beijing and other specific cities, the ShouQi will provide you the information of matching services with booking a taxi. In other cities and regions, the ShouQi is able to provide you with car rental and chauffer service information matching services, specifically according to the relevant local laws and regulations to ensure that your rights and interests are fully protected.
In view of this, the taxi companies that provide services for you, as a carrier will be in accordance with your reservation, will bear the responsibility of local laws and regulations; The car rental companies and The driver dispatches the companies that provide services for you will perform the "Car Rental Service Agreement" and " Driving service agreement ".

1, the contract reached
After downloading the application, registration success and booking of the relevant services, you will have the following contract with ShouQi: you must provide real personal information and real-name registered mobile phone number when registering.
2, booking service
After you sent the service booking request information through this APP, ShouQi will be based on your reservation information and local laws and regulations to match the third-party service provided, including but not limited to taxis, car rental, driver services, and the matching results back to you.
Whether you can successfully book a service depends on whether or not a supplier is available to provide services around the location where you requested. Once your booking service is successful, ShouQi will send you a confirmation of the reservation, this order will take effect, you and the service provider should strictly comply with the order contents and bear the respective obligations.
3, you promise:
a. Not leasing ShouQi offering of services to a third party for commercial gain;
b. Do not use services or applications to infringe on others' lawful rights and interests;
c. Do not use services or applications to affect the normal running of the internet;
d. Do not harm services or applications with malicious intent;
e. Do not use services or applications for illegal criminal activities;
f.You have the capacity for civil conduct.
If you violate any of the above rules, ShouQi has the right to terminate the service immediately and refuse to use the application.
4,Payment
You can view the prices offered by the service companies through ShouQi, and these prices may be updated. Before you choose the service, please pay attention to the price of the service at the time, and once you choose to accept the service, you should undertake the payment obligation according to the corresponding price standard.
ShouQi will be subject to prior agreement between each company and package to you on behalf of the company rent a car, chauffer and information service fee, you can pay in accordance with any of the following ways.
a. The deposit in your ShouQi account will make it easier for you to deduct the payment after spending in ShouQi.
b. Bind your credit card in your ShouQi account and authorize ShouQi will be deducted from your credit card for the amount spent on your credit card. After the credit card is bound, unless the binding is actively revoked, otherwise the bound credit card will serve as your default credit card to payment for the bookings.
c. Using third-party electronic payment methods such as WeChat pay and Alipay to charge your ShouQi account or to pay the order amount directly, ShouQi will get specific transaction details that are relevant to your use of services. In using this information, ShouQi will strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations and company policies. ShouQi is not liable for the error of electronic payment service companies or banks.
d. In addition to the special products, you can also pay the order amount by your credit card or by cash.
5, Fapiao- the official receipt
a. Given that the ShouQi platform is an information service company, matching and enabling you to have deals with offline but not limited to taxi companies, car rental companies, and driver dispatching services companies, so you may obtain the relevant Fapiao provided by the above companies.
b. Among, in the city where taxi service is available, you can get the taxi service special Fapiao after the service is completed. If you don't need this Fapiao, ShouQi also can according to your request in accumulate to a certain amount of consumption provide you with relevant rental car companies issued VAT Fapiao.
c. In response to the state administration of taxation, you are advised to choose electronic Fapiao.If you need a paper Fapiao, you will have to pay for the Shunfeng delivery fee on your own, Beijing is from15CNY, outside Beijing is from 18CNY.
6,Liability
a. Due to the nature of the Internet, Some of the information (including, but not limited to, the fare estimates, navigation routes, etc.) shown in ShouQi may have a certain lag and/or not be optimal, you should know and understand the situation.
b. In any case, ShouQi is not liable as a result of the Internet, communications or other system failure, hacker attacks, the government behavior, power failure, disasters, such as traffic jams cause is unable to perform or delay in performance. As a result of force majeure above, ShouQi can't control or other reasons, the ShouQi system can't normal use, to transaction record not complete or loss related information, such as ShouQi is not liable. However, ShouQi will be as reasonable as possible to assist in dealing with the aftermath and try to protect you from economic loss.
c. The main responsibility of car rental service and driving service is guaranteed by related service companies. ShouQi will also accept your feedback on the behavior of the service and help you
d. During the service, the responsibility will be borne by you if you have any default.
7,Service interruption or termination
a. ShouQi will maintain the normal operation of the platform to provide you with continuous, stable, safe and smooth service. Under special circumstances, the system maintenance to interrupt service, ShouQi will announce in advance through the website, platform, SMS, etc., and minimize interrupt time, or choose to implement in the least affected time period, please kindly understand.
b. In order for you to have a good experience, ShouQi will continuously optimize the system function and update the application version, including but not limited to any function, database, page, and user terms of the system.
c. If you stop using the ShouQi service, should settle all accounts payable, submit to the ShouQi for closure or deactivation account, ShouQi will ensure that your registration information and transaction records are not used for any commercial behavior.
8, Others
a. In the other cities outside Beijing where offer booking taxi services, will comply with the terms of this article, attachment 1 "the rental service agreement" and the attachment 2"driver's service agreement".
b. The “user's terms” and accessories are indivisible, some of these clauses or attachments are invalid or terminated, ShouQi has the right to choose whether or not to continue to perform other terms according to the specific situation.
c. This "user's terms" applies to Chinese law, and any disputes arising from the performance of this "user's terms" shall be under the jurisdiction of the people's court of ShouQi registry.
